Eastside Premier Nephrology & Hypertension, P.C. was a ground up project including coordination and consultation on design and construction phases. The facility contains (2) separate medical office spaces. One space built to owner's specifications and the other for leasable space to generate income. The building features wood framing, a standing seam metal roof, and a brick facade with EIFS entrance trim.

Project Duration- Beginning of design phase to owner occupation was only 7 months
