Johns Creek Medical Building is a 50,000 sf Class "A" medical facility, that was pre-leased to Northside Hospital to house private practice physicians working under Northside Hospital's arm. The project included site work and a building shell featuring a brick and glass facade with a high level finish appearance for common areas and floor lobbies.
