 Rick Bradford started Asurety Construction Services in 2003. He brought over 30 years of experience in construction to his company working his way from a carpenter to President of his own company. Rick has worked with companies including MK Construction, W.H. Bass, and finally the Trammel-Crow Company where he was Vice President of the construction division. Rick's work has taken place in specialty fields including office & warehouse, banks, retail, and medical facilities. While at Asurety, Rick has seen his operation flourish from himself and 2 part time employees to 8 full time and 3 part time employees with well over $7,000,000 in revenue for the 2006 fiscal year.

Dave Felton has over 25 years experience in Class 'A' tenant finish in the Atlanta market place. His experience includes unique finishes for corporate headquarters, law offices, and restaurants in the downtown, Buckhead and central Perimeter areas. He specializes in projects where quality workmanship is at a premium but budgets and delivery schedules must also be met. Mr. Felton functions as Vice President / Senior Project Manager for Asurety Construction Services.

Mike Skeeters, over the past 4 years (of my 25 years in the construction industry) I have specialized in medical construction services. I enjoy the technical aspect and fresh insite medical construction work provides on a daly basis. My portfolio includes "base building" projects for Ridgeview Institute (alcohol & drug treatment facilities, (3) seperate Surgery Center facilities and a multitude of specialty doctor's offices. Based on my success, Asurety Construction Services has tapped me to creat a division withing their orgainization devoted exclusively to medical construction.  In turn Asurety provides me with the financial strength, bonding capacity and proven field support staff required to excell in this business. My previous experience includes 10 years at Weeks Corporation, 10 years at Trammel Crow Company, and 4 years growing my Medical Protfolio represented below:

Will Hardy, a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, was added to the Asurety team to aid in the management of the general business operations and to serve as a Project Manager. Will earned two degrees during his time at Georgia Tech majoring in both Building Construction and Management (business). He was hired in 2005 after graduating with high honors. His project management & administration duties include reviewing the company books, estimating, buyout, preparation of Owner contracts and subcontracts, preparing, tracking and controlling the project schedule, tracking project budgets and cost control, conducting subcontractor and Owner progress meetings and preparing billings for progress payments.

Will was named project manager over the West Exchange Building Renovation project for Dekalb County at the 1950 & 1960 West Exchange Place Buildings in May of 2006. Portion one of the project called for renovation of 9 of the 10 floors for Dekalb County's government offices. The project includes the renovation of approximately 170,000SF of office space in 120 days.

David Butsch brought over 20 years of construction experience to Asurety Construction Services when he started in 2006. After graduating from Georgia Tech in 1990 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree, David gained valuable experience managing industrial, commercial, medical and retail projects including a $100 million wastewater treatment plant, a Class A office building, a 94,000 SF distribution warehouse, and an ambulatory surgery center. He also spent several years working with an architectural design firm using AutoCAD Architectural Desktop and Land Desktop to generate building designs and engineer small civil projects. As a project manager, David's specific duties include estimating; buyout; preparation of Owner contracts and subcontracts; preparing, tracking, and controlling the project schedule; tracking project budgets and cost control; conducting subcontractor and Owner progress meetings; and preparing billings for progress payments. He is passionate about motivating team members, maintaining quality control, meeting schedule milestones and tracking project budgets.

Kimberly Mays earned her B.S. Degree in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and has over 11 years of project mangement experience in the commercial construction profession.  In November of 2007, she joined Asurety Construction Services as a Project Manager.  Her contributions to the Asurety Construction Team includes Marketing and Business Development, Estimating hard and negotiated bids, Budeting, as well as Project Management. Her resume includes working in the past with companies such as Skanska USA (formally Beers Construction Company) and Batson-Cook Company. Kimberly brings a strong background of Healthcare Construction to Asurety and has worked for clients such at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Piedmont Hospital and Northside-Forsyth Hospital. Her experience includes projects such as Sweetwater Drafthouse at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport, a Surgery Addition at Northside-Forsyth Hospital, Labor and Delivery and Intensive Care Unit renovations at Piedmont Hospital,  a CT Scan Renovation at Southern Regional Medical Center, and The AFLAC Cancer Center at Childern's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston.

Chuck Webb joined Asurety Construction Services in 2007 bringing with him 26 years of experience in Class 'A' tenant finish. Chuck started his construction career in 1972 as a drywall/acoustical ceiling foreman. Chuck worked in a Senior Superintendent position at Landmarks Construction Services, Barber Construction and Raven Construction prior to joining Asurety Construction Services. Chuck has spent the past 12 years working in the Concourse complex where he has established himself as one of the top Class 'A' superintendents in Atlanta.

Steve Nash joined Asurety Construction Services in June of 2005. He has been around the commercial construction profession since 1986 working in the plumbing industry .  As a former owner of his own commerical plumbing company, Steve brings his dedication, business savvy, and knowledge to add to the diversity and strength of Asurety Construction Services.  Steve's talents have made him a great asset as superintendent of many of Asurety's interior renovations such as Mimosa, Georgia Avenue Highrise, MSC Industrial.

Richard Couch joined the Asurety team in 2007 as a Senior Project Superintendent charged with the field management of industrial / commercial ground up projects. Richard has over 36 years of construction experience focusing on the construction of commercial and industrial facilities with an emphasis on "Big Box" warehouses. Richard spent the first 30 years of his construction career with M D Hodges Enterprises, Inc. He developed his skills through the carpentry trade, advancing from laborer to carpenter, carpenter foreman to superintendent. Over the course of Richard's very impressive career, he has constructed over 3,000,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space. Following the death of the founder of M D Hodges and the subsequent closing of their construction division, Richard performed as Superintendent for a Omni Construction, a concrete construction subcontractor specializing in tilt wall construction. Richard's wealth of construction experience, organization skills and management style are a welcome addition to the Asurety Construction Services family.
