Richard has over 36 years of construction experience focusing on the construction of commercial and industrial facilities with an emphasis on "Big Box" warehouses. Richard spent the first 30 years of his construction career with M D Hodges Enterprises, Inc. He developed his skills through the carpentry trade, advancing from laborer to carpenter, carpenter foreman to superintendent. Over the course of Richard's very impressive career, he has constructed over 3,000,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space. Following the death of the founder of M D Hodges and the subsequent closing of their construction division, Richard performed as Superintendent for a Omni Construction, a concrete construction subcontractor specializing in tilt wall construction. Richard's wealth of construction experience, organization skills and management style are a welcome addition to the Asurety Construction Services family. Project List
