Will earned two degrees during his time at Georgia Tech majoring in both Building Construction and Management (business). He was hired in 2005 after graduating with high honors. His project management & administration duties include reviewing the company books, estimating, buyout, preparation of Owner contracts and subcontracts, preparing, tracking and controlling the project schedule, tracking project budgets and cost control, conducting subcontractor and Owner progress meetings and preparing billings for progress payments. Will was named project manager over the West Exchange Building Renovation project for Dekalb County at the 1950 & 1960 West Exchange Place Buildings in May of 2006. Portion one of the project called for renovation of 9 of the 10 floors for Dekalb County's government offices. The project includes the renovation of approximately 170,000SF of office space in 120 days. Project List
