Atlanta, GA Sites: Georgia Avenue Highrise and Cosby Spears Highrise A & B Construction Manager: The LANE Company Owner: Atlanta Housing Authority Multi-Site Carpet and Paint Renovation was a bid project that consisted of demolition of existing finishes and installation of new carpet, ceramic tile, paint and doors of all the common areas in three seperate highrise structures. Georgia Avenue is a six story residental highrise, Cosby Spears A & B are 11 and 10 story residental highrises owned by AHA and managed by the LANE Company. The project's schedule was a fast paced & hard 90 days setforth by government funding sources. Following commencement Asurety Construction Services was asked to price additional scope of work and complete without extending the schedule. Kimberly Mays - Estimator and Project Manager |
