Demo and renovate building entrances and exterior of facility for new federally mandated "UFAS" requirements.   Work required strict adherance to the standards set forth as well as improving the appearnance of these AHA (Atlanta Housing Authority) properites.  IMS Management Services was construction manager for these projects.
