Atlanta Housing Authority Headquaters Renovation* was a $4.2 million project including a complete gutting and rework of the 7-story, 70,000 sf h. After award of contract, the City of Atlanta designated the facility as a "high-rise" enforcing significant structural, mechanical, electrical and life safety alterations. These were managed within the original project schedule. Furthermore, management of partition (modular office) furniture installation by seperate vendor was complete within construction schedule saving AHA over 8 weeks on their occupancy date. Floors were completed & delivered 2 weeks apart in this waterfall scheduleing requiring simultaneous work  on all floors.
