Atlanta, GA Client:                        Atlanta Housing AuthorityConstruction Manager: The LANE Company Architect:                   Legacy Designs  Georgia Avenue Highrise was a bid project awarded to Asurety in November of 2007. The task was to completly renovate five of their existing residential units to meet the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS). Scope of work included lowering of all exisitng electrical, plumbing, HVAC, millwork, doors and hardware.  Scope also included new finishes, applicance and renovation to the existing community room. We also modified the existing parking lot to include new sidewalks, asphalt, and handicap spaces to meet UFAS compliance. This project was completed on time and within budget. David Butsch*- Estimator
